The Patient Care Coordinator will manage daily scheduling, arrival, and payment of patients visits, ensure efficient routing of all incoming and outgoing communication, as well as support administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, providing excellent customer service, correctly completing cycles of action efficiently, handling phone inquiries professionally, and keeping an outward positive attitude for patients and co workers.QualificationsStrong Appointment Scheduling and Management skillsKnowledge of Medical TerminologyExcellent Phone Etiquette and Customer service abilitiesProficiency in tasks completion and organizationEffective communication skills and attention to detailBasic computer skills, including scheduling software and Microsoft suitePrevious experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
