Janitor- 2nd Shift (2:00PM-10:30PM)

GENERAL SUMMARY:This is an hourly position in Manteno, IL that reports to the Production Manager & responsibility is to clean all areas of the facility thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of facility cleanliness.SCOPE OF JOB FUNCTION:Empty all waste containers (front offices/production offices/bathrooms).Dust all offices & clean facility windows.Wash lobby & reception area floor.Clean/Sanitize Toilets/urinals/hand sinks.Sweep/mop floors (production offices).Clean refrigerator.Vacuum.Clean walls, doors/partitions of bathroom.Clean inside of lockers.Fill soap/towel dispensers (bathrooms/production floor).Dust blinds.Wipe light switches.Work with chemicals & detergents for the purpose of cleaning & sanitizing, walls, floors, & other areas as needed.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsREQUIRED:Must have prior related experience.High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Knowledge of safety regulations & procedures.Ability to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays if required.Verbal & written English communication skills.DESIRED:Detail oriented & self-directed work habits.
