About the Job: Quick-Way, Inc. is hiring CDL A Truck Drivers to haul bulk liquid chemical tanker trailers throughout the region using well-maintained, late-model equipment. Pay: $.71 per loaded mile $.61 per empty mile $21/hour for non-driving work Weekly pay with direct deposit Holiday pay Schedule: Regional routes, typically 4-6 days per week. Responsibilities: Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on regional routes Load and unload freight in compliance with safety and weight regulations Maintain accurate logs, inspections, and delivery records Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point Ensure full DOT and company compliance Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues Driver Qualifications: 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience preferred Must have a valid Class A CDL Tanker endorsement required, or ability to obtain one Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen Valid TWIC card required, or ability to obtain one Driving record must meet fleet insurance requirements No more than 2 combined moving violations and/or accidents in the past 36 months No history of license suspension for a moving violation in the past 36 months Outstanding customer service skills Demonstrated safe driving practices Able to follow verbal and written instructions, read maps, and use GPS Able to work independently Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to adapt to changing schedules and routines Excellent time management skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be able to lift and carry 30 to 50 pounds Physically able to climb up and down ladders Must be able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for extended periods during the workday Able to work at night, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
