Process Equipment OperatorHot JobSpring, TX 77373OverviewJob Shift DayDescriptionProcess Equipment OperatorPrimary responsibilities will include operating a custom heated forming press to produce fiber packaging, validating the products that are formed meet certain specifications including weight and visual quality, and operating the supporting equipment including pumps and mixers. The operator will need to be able to follow specific operational instructions, be able to maintain accurate records, and be able to effectively communicate observations of the machine and the products that are produced. When not operating the forming press, the operator will also be responsible for operating and maintaining other equipment including 3d printers, laser cutters, and spray coating systems. Due to the research, development, and innovation focus of the company, the operator will need to be able to easily transition between tasks and be willing to learn new skills.QualificationsMinimum machine operator experience: 3 years (prefer 5+)High school diploma
