As a Material Handler, you will assist in managing materials, assist in equipment operation all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment Key Responsibilities: Unload incoming materials and verify the accuracy of the shipments by checking against packing lists or purchase orders Organize and store materials in the laydown area, ensuring that items are placed in the correct locations and properly labeled Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance Responsible for receiving, organizing, delivering, and tracking shipments Maintain inventory of all stocked materials Deliver materials from the laydown area to the job site as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning and recycling trash Operate onsite equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and other lift platforms Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Highschool Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.) Warehouse or inventory coordinator experience preferred Certified forklift operator Rigging Training (If not, training will be provided) Basic material knowledge Must be able to effectively communicate with others and work well on a team or independently Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods Benefits: Personal Time Off (PTO) & Holidays Health Benefits: All employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage 401(k) Retirement: The company provides a 100% match of the first 4% of employee’s contribution each year, to the plan.
