Occupational Therapist Location: Abilene, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,566 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Occupational Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in service line required License: License required Certifications: Required certifications Must-Have: Must have experience working with pediatric and adult neuro patients. Description: Position involves working in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic. Patient load will vary by the day but is expected to be about 75% productive each day. Occupational Therapist will perform point of service documentation. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans for patients. Interdisciplinary support will be available from other therapy professionals. Candidates must be available to complete necessary lab items within 72 hours of accepting the offer. Charting experience is preferred, although not required. Candidates must remain aware of mandatory drug screening, including marijuana. A positive drug screen will result in automatic cancellation. Candidates should avoid substances that could yield a positive drug screen result upon arrival. Previous permanent staff must have been gone for 1 year to return as a traveler.
