Our client is a boutique NYC and Miami-based law firm. They are seeking a Practice Group Marketing Manager to support the execution of strategic marketing and business development initiatives. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the firm's brand presence, supporting attorney visibility, and driving client engagement across multiple practice areas.MUST BE LOCAL TO NYC METRO WITH ABILITY TO WORK VIRTUALLY AND GO TO THE OFFICE 1 TIME PER MONTHKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of firmwide marketing and business development strategiesAssist in drafting and editing marketing materials, including pitch decks, client alerts, website content, and attorney biographiesManage and update website content through CMS platforms and assist with SEO optimization effortsWork with attorneys to prepare RFP responses, proposals, & client presentationsPlan and execute firm-sponsored events, webinars, and client-facing initiativesSupport social media and digital marketing efforts, including content scheduling and performance tracking (e.g., LinkedIn)Track marketing analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance and ROIMaintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systemsMonitor industry trends, competitor activity & emerging opportunities for growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field3-10 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environmentStrong writing, editing, and communication skills with close attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp)Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProfessional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with attorneys and senior stakeholdersPreferred SkillsExperience with legal directory submissions and awards processesFamiliarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTMLKnowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing analytics toolsPrior exposure to event planning or client engagement initiativesCompensationCompetitive base salary (typically $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience)Bonus eligibilityComprehensive benefits package
