What You Will Do
Manage, coach, and developa team of DevOps/platform engineers
Create ateam culturegrounded inownershipandcontinuous improvement
Setclear goals and priorities ; shield the team from noise while maintaining stakeholder visibility
Partner with engineering leadership onheadcount planning, org design,andcross-team initiatives
Own the design, reliability, and scalability of ourcloud infrastructure
Drive adoption ofinfrastructure-as-codeandcloud cost optimizationpractices
Leadincident response, postmortems,andremediationensuring we learn and prevent recurrence
Maintain and evolve ourSRE practicesincluding on-call rotations, alerting, and runbooks
Oversee the design and operation of ourCI/CD pipelines , enabling fast and safe software delivery
Collaborate with engineering teams to r educe build times, improve test coverage gates,andeliminate deployment friction
Define and enforcerelease processes, branching strategies,andenvironment promotionstandards
EnsureSLAsare met oncritical support escalations
Partner with product and engineering to close the feedback loopturning recurring support issues into platform improvements
What You Bring
3+ years managing engineering teams , with a demonstrated ability to hire, grow and retain technical talent
Strong background incloud infrastructure , preferably AWS, and modern DevOps practices
Hands-on experience withCI/CD tooling(GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar)
Experience withSRE principles : on-call management, SLOs/SLIs, incident response, and postmortems
Excellent communication skills able to t ranslate technical conceptsfornon-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage competing priorities andthrive in a fast-moving SaaS environment
Experience withcontainerizationandorchestration(Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
Familiarity withinfrastructure-as-code toolssuch as Terraform or Pulumi
Background in aTier 3 or platform supportescalation function preferred
Experiencescaling DevOps practicesacross multiple engineering teams preferred
