Role Description We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Tracy, CA. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety. This includes managing staff, coordinating workflows, monitoring operational performance, and addressing any obstacles to optimize processes. The role also involves promoting a collaborative work environment, supporting organizational objectives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Supervisory and leadership skills, with experience managing team dynamics and staff performanceOperations and Operations Management skills, including knowledge of best practices and process improvement strategiesStrong Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address operational challenges effectivelyExcellent Communication skills, with the ability to facilitate clear and constructive interactions across teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to changing prioritiesBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail operations is a plus
