The CNC Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing CNC manufacturing processes for both new and existing product lines. They are currently seeking a CNC Process Engineer to drive the development and optimization of CNC manufacturing processes, while also playing a key role in advancing automation initiatives within the facility. DescriptionPlan, design, and develop CNC manufacturing processes for new and existing products.Design and implement cost‑effective processes that meet quality, safety, and performance requirements.Develop and validate prototypes; refine processes through testing and data analysis.Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including setups, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.Collaborate cross‑functionally on new product, tooling, and process development initiatives.Integrate new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives into existing operations.Support training on CNC processes, equipment operation, and safety.Work with external suppliers on tooling, equipment, and process support as needed.Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards.
