Major Gifts Officer
Major Gifts OfficerThe Major Gifts Officer is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors capable of making significant financial contributions to support Tepeyac Community Health Center. This role manages a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors and works closely with the Director of Development and Communications, and the development team to grow philanthropic revenue. This is a relationship-centered position ideal for a self-motivated fundraiser who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building authentic donor partnerships.

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 annually
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, marketing, public relations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
At minimum, five years of fundraising/development experience in a non-profit environment with a proven track record in securing major gifts.
Verbal and written communications skills required.
Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) preferred.
