Overview In this role you will drive software development initiatives within a global delivery setup. You will lead technical teams, collaborate with offshore members, and shape delivery across Java, Spring, and web services. You’ll work closely with stakeholders on analysis, estimation, and code reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery. The position focuses on scalable software life-cycle activities and cross-functional collaboration to support payments and credit-card domains. ResponsibilitiesLead development teams (team lead/tech lead/module lead)Contribute to requirements analysis, estimation, development, and code reviewsParticipate in SDLC activities (Waterfall/Agile) and project lifecycle for development and maintenanceCollaborate with offshore teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholdersBuild and configure CM related processes and ensure deliverables are tracked to closureWork in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore)Prioritize tasks and maintain quality across deliverablesExposure to credit cards and payments domain is a plus Key requirements4+ years in software development with Java 1.5+, Spring 3.0+, web services (SOAP/REST), JSP/Servlet, HTML2+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead/Tech Lead/Module Lead)2+ years in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore)4+ years of SDLC experience (Waterfall or Agile)Experience with Jira, Maven, and SOAP UI preferredKnowledge of build/configuration management processesStrong analytical ability and stakeholder communicationAbility to participate in requirements, estimation, development, and code reviewsExperience in development and maintenance project lifecyclesCredit cards and payments domain experience advantageousanalytical thinkingstakeholder communicationprioritizationJava 1.5+Spring 3.0+Web Services SOAP/REST
