Senior IT Administrator

Job Overview Conveyors Inc. is seeking a highly capable Senior IT Administrator with a broad skill set and a hands-on mindset. This role requires someone who can manage day-to-day IT operations while also planning, securing, and improving our overall technology environment. Responsibilities include administration of servers and domains, network infrastructure including VLANs and IP management, firewalls, switches, routers, WiFi systems, backups, email, VPNs, and business-critical applications such as Sage ERP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. A strong understanding of modern MFA, cybersecurity best practices, and network security is essential, along with relevant security certifications. You will work directly with users across the company, from office staff to production teams, and must be comfortable with physical IT work such as workstation builds, cabling, and on-site troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is flexible, curious, and able to quickly learn new systems as business needs evolve. This role also involves improving documentation, standardizing systems, coordinating with vendors, assisting with compliance and security initiatives, and supporting business continuity efforts. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus, as is familiarity with ERP systems and CAD-heavy workflows.
