Recreation Supervisor

Oversee daily recreational operations throughout the lodgePlan, organize, and host engaging events and activities for guestsSupervise and operate social spaces, including the beer garden, ensuring a safe, compliant, and enjoyable environmentMaintain and troubleshoot recreational equipment, including golf simulators and activity systemsCreate and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all guestsMonitor guest engagement and adjust programming based on preferences and feedbackEnsure all recreation areas are clean, organized, and fully operationalEnforce safety standards, policies, and responsible service practicesAddress guest concerns or conflicts with professionalism and careCollaborate with lodge leadership to continuously improve the overall guest experienceQualificationsPrevious experience in recreation, hospitality, events, or guest services preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to connect with a diverse range of personalities and backgroundsExperience managing or overseeing social environments (bar, lounge, activity center) is a plusAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic technical skills to operate and troubleshoot recreational equipment (golf simulators, AV systems, etc.)Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
