RTLS Systems AnalystHouston, TX (5 days onsite)Onsite Role$24-26/hourBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Accrued PTO, Paid Holidays ABOUT THE ROLEOur client is seeking an RTLS (Real-Time Location Services) Systems Analyst to support the continued growth and optimization of their hospital system's RTLS program across both clinical and operational environments. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of RTLS tags-including deployment, activation, configuration, conversion, troubleshooting, and decommissioning-to ensure accurate asset tracking and operational efficiency. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, perform audits to maintain data integrity, and collaborate with IT and networking teams to resolve connectivity issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, experience in IT support, desktop support, or healthcare technology, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience with RTLS platforms and asset tracking systems in a healthcare setting is preferred. WHAT YOU'LL DOAssist with RTLS tag deployment, activation, configuration, and conversionManage the full lifecycle of RTLS tags, including provisioning, assignment, troubleshooting, recovery, and decommissioningMaintain accurate tracking and documentation of assets within the RTLS platformSupport testing and validation of RTLS hardware and software updatesTrack inventory of tags and associated equipmentPerform audits to maintain data integrity and system accuracyAssist with battery replacements, hardware swaps, and device troubleshootingProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for RTLS-related issuesTroubleshoot tag connectivity, signal issues, and system performance concernsCollaborate with IT infrastructure and networking teams to resolve connectivity issuesSupport basic network troubleshooting related to RTLS devicesEscalate complex issues to vendors or senior technical teams as neededUtilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and documentationCoordinate hardware deployments or system rollouts as neededWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Technology, or related field OR equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, asset management, or healthcare technologyExperience working with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelBasic understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and system navigationStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentPrior experience supporting or implementing an RTLS platform (preferred)Experience with asset tracking systems in a hospital or healthcare setting (preferred)Familiarity with wireless networks, device configuration, and endpoint troubleshooting (preferred)Experience coordinating hardware deployments or system rollouts (preferred)Healthcare IT experience (preferred)Strong attention to detail and data accuracyTechnical aptitude and systems thinkingExcellent organizational and time management skillsEffective communication with clinical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesProactive and self-directed work styleWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUCompetitive hourly payComprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageAccrued Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysOpportunity to work onsite in a dynamic healthcare environmentProfessional growth in healthcare technology and systems analysisDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
