Product Owner – Financial Planning Platforms (eMoney & MoneyGuide):Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Tues/Wed/Thurs)About the Role:Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Product Owner to support a major transformation within their financial planning ecosystem.This role will focus on transitioning to a new planning platform and integrating financial planning outputs into CRM systems and client-facing portals. You will play a key role in shaping how financial plans are delivered to advisors and clients, working cross-functionally to drive both strategy and execution.What You'll Be Doing:Own and manage product initiatives related to financial planning tools and integrationsTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and process flowsPartner with Product Managers, UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact featuresSupport integration of financial planning outputs into CRM systems and client portalsDrive alignment across teams and influence product strategy in a collaborative environmentMust Haves:Experience working as a Product Owner or Business AnalystHands-on experience with financial planning tools (MoneyGuide or eMoney strongly preferred)Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder alignment)Experience working within financial services / wealth management / fintech environmentsAbility to work independently and drive initiatives from discovery through deliveryNice to Haves:Experience integrating platforms into Salesforce CRM or similar systemsExposure to client-facing or advisor-facing financial toolsExperience with goal-based financial planningStrong collaboration skills across Product, UX, and Engineering teamsWhat Makes This Role Exciting:Direct impact on advisor and client experience within financial planningOpportunity to work with industry-leading planning tools (MoneyGuide)Blend of product ownership + business analysis + strategyHighly collaborative team that values curiosity and influence over task execution
