Junior Architect / Designer - Luxury residential

Location : New York, NYSalary : $65,000 to $80,000 per yearJob Description :Our client is a luxury residential architecture firm in NYC seeking a Junior Architect / Designer to join their design team. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience on NYC high-rise residential and mixed-use projects, with strong concept design and visualization skills.This is a creative, hands-on role supporting Partners and senior staff on high-profile projects.The requirements of the role are :Degree in Architecture from an accredited programMinimum 4 years of relevant experienceProficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and/or 3D Studio MaxStrong design sensibility and conceptual thinkingExperience with NYC high-rise residential projectsStrong rendering, presentation, and communication skillsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAbout Highline :Global recruiters specializing in architecture & construction in London, Paris, and New York.
