Come join our team and take the next step in your career!Responsibilities:Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) to support ad hoc consultation, troubleshooting, and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms. Provide guidance to internal teams on best practices, configurations, and optimization within Power Platform tools and Dynamics modules. Support the review or development of low code solutions, automation workflows, and integrated data models that leverage both Power Platform and Dynamics capabilitiesParticipate in working sessions or reviews on an as-needed basis. Assist with light documentation, prototyping, or demonstrations to support decision making or implementation planning. Required Qualifications:Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including power apps and power automate. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its core modules, including configuration and customization. Ability to design, advise on, and support low code / no-code solutions and automate workflows. Comfortable interpreting evolving business requirements and recommending effective technical solutions. Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide ad hoc consultation and troubleshooting support. Experience supporting deployment processes, environment management, or integration with other systems is a plus.
