Let's build something great—together.Compensation:$17.97 - $22.12 hourlyResponsibilities:What You'll Do:As a Machine Operator at Sandridge Crafted Foods, you'll play a key role in bringing our products to life. From soups and salads to ready-to-eat favorites, you'll help keep production moving safely, efficiently, and with quality at the center of everything you do.In this role, you will:Set up, operate, and monitor food production equipment including mixers, fillers, packaging machines, and processing systemsKeep production running smoothly by making adjustments, troubleshooting minor issues, and escalating concerns when neededEnsure products consistently meet company standards for quality, food safety, and accuracyPerform routine equipment checks and partner with maintenance teams to minimize downtimeMaintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work environmentAccurately complete production paperwork, checks, and documentationWork alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability and teamwork matterQualifications:What We're Looking For:A go-getter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitudePrevious machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting or food manufacturing experience is a plusHigh school diploma or GED required, and the ability to follow verbal and written work instructionsPrevious experience in a food manufacturing or industrial setting is awesome, but not required — we'll train the right personComfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods)Basic mechanical skills and a knack for solving problemsAbility to follow directions and take pride in doing the job rightWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when neededAbout CompanyTake Pride in Your WorkAt Sandridge, the food we make ends up on tables across the country.
