This role requires strong experience in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client coordination, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesLead projects from preconstruction through close-out including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor managementManage full project buy-outs including scope reviews, contract administration, and insurance complianceRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsUtilize project management platforms (Procore preferred) for documentation and communicationCoordinate with Superintendents to oversee all phases of constructionManage submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing, schedules, and cost forecastingConduct subcontractor meetings and provide regular project updatesMentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project ManagersBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field7+ years of Project Management experience in commercial constructionStrong experience in retail and/or industrial construction projectsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with project scheduling tools and Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBenefitsCompetitive compensation and bonus structureMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance and short-/long-term disability coverage401(k) with company matchPaid vacation, holidays, and personal daysOngoing training and professional developmentTRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
