Our edge trimming machines, and water supply systems are precisely engineered to help ensure operator safety during paper production.The RoleUnder the supervision of the Production Manager/ Production Supervisor, we are currently searching for an Office Assistant/Production Clerk to work in our Hillsboro, OR location.Purchasing of raw materials as needed to meet projected demand for productionMaintain the office in terms of supplies and maintenance scheduleOversees import and export logisticsOrder entryGeneral office duties including filingUpdating customer information in system when requiredShipping – creating labels, reviewing invoices to ensure shipment accuracy, packing orders, sending emails when necessaryReceiving and checking parts & raw material for qualityImproves methods and processes to improve productivity and quality; reduce costsAssist Supervisor as requiredRequirementsQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma; requiredComputer proficiency (Word, Excel,Previous ERP/CRM experience an assetUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesTeam playerAbility to multi taskWORK ENVIRONMENTOffice and warehouse environment (65/35)Occasional exposure to warehouse environmentBenefitsWHY M.L.
