The RBT will provide problem solving, support and crisis intervention using Applied Behavior Analysis to young adults with social, emotional and behavior challenges. Daily data collection and graphing of all required data as directed by teacher or BCBA. Located in Clinton, CT the STRIVE summer program will operate from July 6, 2026 and end on July 31, 2026. Work hours will be from 7:45 am to 11:45 am, Monday through Friday. The preferred candidate will have several years experience working with secondary students (aged 18-22). Requirements: Responsible for completing and maintaining required Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
