SAGE Dining Services is seeking an experienced and passionate lead cook to join our culinary team at a private school in Plano, Texas where we serve a vibrant community of over 2,000 guests daily. This role partners closely with our Executive Chef and Food Service Director to lead a dynamic kitchen that features multiple food concepts and a diverse, complex menu.We hold ourselves to the highest standards of allergen awareness and transparency in food preparation and menu communication. As Sous Chef, you'll be the Executive Chef's right hand, helping to guide and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring every dish is crafted with excellence, beautifully presented, and served with precision.
