Job Description & Responsibilities
The role involves providing project management for the Division of Child Support, specifically focusing on information system transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the design, development, and implementation of transformation projects.
Providing strategic direction to the agency and assisting with enterprise-level IT implementations.
Defining business and technological requirements by consulting with product owners, SMEs, and scrum teams.
Managing both large-scale enterprise projects and smaller-scale projects.
Coordinating efforts between development teams and vendors.
Ensuring project governance, monitoring controls, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Mentoring and training state personnel to eventually take over the project management function.
Technical Skills & Qualifications

Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
Governance: Experience applying project management and governance principles.
Certification: PMP certification or equivalent professional working experience.
