Enterprise Project Manager will be part of the Business Operations Division, reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role leads the execution of complex, high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives while contributing to the ongoing development of EPMO standards, governance frameworks, and best practices. The Senior Enterprise Project Manager serves as both a skilled practitioner and an informal leader on the team—mentoring junior project managers, owning enterprise-wide strategic programs, and helping shape the methodologies that define how KnowBe4 delivers projects at scale. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing projects of significant scope and organizational impact, and demonstrates a consistent ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results. We value true team collaboration—someone who demonstrates extreme ownership of outcomes, elevates those around them, and readily contributes to help the team cross the finish line together.Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex, high-priority, cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through post-implementation, with accountability for outcomes at the enterprise levelGuide stakeholders through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, risk management, change coordination, go-live, and post-implementation reviewServe as a subject matter expert on project management methodology, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of EPMO standards, templates, and governance frameworksProvide mentorship and guidance to Enterprise Project Managers and other team members, elevating team capability and PM maturityManage Steering Committee meetings and executive updates, including preparation of decks, presentations, and meeting materials for senior and executive audiencesCreate and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation and archivesIdentify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks, with particular focus on cross-functional and technical implementation risksCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with overall business objectives and strategic prioritiesMonitor project progress, manage resources, and provide regular reporting to senior leadershipFacilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including C-suite, executives, team members, and external partnersEnsure all projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsSupport M&A integration analysis and technical integration efforts as neededMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related field preferred7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex, cross-functional projectsExperience managing technical projects and M&A integration initiativesPMP certification or equivalent required; technical certifications a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all organizational levels including executive leadershipExpert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and manage multiple high-priority concurrent projectsStrength in problem definition, risk assessment, and resolution in complex environmentsProven ability to influence without direct authority across organizational boundariesStrong mentoring and coaching capability; able to elevate the skills of less experienced team membersExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProficient in multitasking during virtual meetings, including presenting, screen sharing, and note-taking simultaneouslyLeverages AI tools and drives automation across project workflows; actively seeks opportunities to improve team efficiency through technologyWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
