This role focuses on driving revenue through strategic partners, enabling partner success, and aligning channel activities with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in working with system integrators, service providers, resellers and distributors in the technology or software domain.ResponsibilitiesPartner Strategy & DevelopmentDefine and execute the channel partner strategy for the Americas regionIdentify, onboard, and enable new channel partners (resellers, SIs, VARs, distributors, alliances)Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key partner stakeholdersRevenue & Business GrowthDrive partner‑led pipeline creation and revenue growthCollaborate with sales teams to achieve regional and annual revenue targetsTrack and forecast partner performance against KPIs and quotasPartner EnablementConduct partner training on products, solutions, and value propositionsEnsure partners are equipped with sales tools, technical resources, and marketing collateralSupport joint account planning and deal qualification activitiesGo‑to‑Market & MarketingPlan and execute joint go‑to‑market initiatives with partnersSupport partner‑led events, webinars, and demand‑generation campaignsWork closely with marketing teams to maximize partner visibility and engagementOperational ExcellenceManage partner programs, compliance, and certificationsResolve partner‑related escalations and conflicts effectivelyMaintain accurate partner data in CRM and reporting systemsQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering 15+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliancesProven experience managing partners in B2B technology/software environmentsStrong understanding of indirect sales models and partner‑led revenue motionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skillsPreferred Skills & ExperienceGood understanding of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) products across Aerospace & Defense, Automotive and Semiconductor industriesGood understanding of RFMW and High-Speed Digital Design and multi-physics product performance & virtual manufacturing simulationsFamiliarity with OEMs, global technology partners, and Indian system integratorsAbility to work cross‑functionally with sales, presales, marketing, and product teamsStrong analytical skills for pipeline tracking and performance reportingCareers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
