## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Framing and topping decks. Installing/building hand-railing. ## Responsibilities - Measure, cut, and shape wood materials according to specifications - Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, cabinets, and doors - Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures - Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and building codes - Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and smoothing wood materials ## Skills - Proficiency in using power tools for carpentry work - Experience with mold remediation, siding installation, light framing,decking,sheet metal installation, door/window installation, - Familiarity with stud framing techniques - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for carpentry and possess the required skills mentioned above, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
