Whether you want to increase your earnings or prepare for future agency ownership, we help you build a strong foundation.What You'll DoAs an Insurance Agent, you will:Prospect new clients via outbound calling, lead follow-up, networking, and referralsEvaluate client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial linesAchieve monthly production goals by selling and cross-selling productsFollow up on open quotes and leads provided by the agencyProvide excellent customer service and foster strong client relationshipsLeverage CRM tools to stay organized and ensure accurate recordsParticipate in training, team meetings, and agency growth initiativesWhat You BringThe successful candidate is enthusiastic, ambitious, and adaptable. We are looking for:At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing rolesEffective communication and persuasion skillsConfidence with outbound calls, digital communication, and in-person interactionsA results-driven attitude and commitment to ongoing developmentAbility to quickly learn insurance products, systems, and compliance requirementsProperty & Casualty and/or Life license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)Proficiency in a second language is a plusWhat we offerWe believe hard work deserves reward.
