This is a full-time Salaried position.Key Responsibilities include:Provide individual and group clinical supervision and consultation (via phone, video platform, and e-mail) for at least 18-20 full-time equivalent staff, including Veteran case managers, ensuring the minimum supervision is met monthly.Understand and maintain knowledge of Veteran and military culture and how it impacts mental health, suicide risk, and interaction in the workplace.Receive and maintain appropriate training to develop and maintain a high level of comfort with Veteran suicide risk assessment/screening. Facilitate Veterans' clinical case reviews and co-facilitate administrative meetings/trainings with the Administrative Supervisor. In collaboration with the Administrative Supervisor, follow all agency discharge and transfer policies and procedures, including arranging back-up coverage for client(s) when applicable, providing client communication, and monitoring for clinical appropriateness of discharge and transfer.Provide diagnostic assessments for adults via telehealth.Have a working knowledge of the population served by the case management department, including applicable MaineCare, Contracting, and Licensing regulations/requirements.Write Section 17 letters for clients that qualify for Section 17 services as needed.Review and approve supervisees' client charts for clinical documentation, quality assurance, licensing, MaineCare, and contractual compliance.Have knowledge of the Rights of Recipients of mental health services.Qualifications:Independent master's Level Licensure - LCSW or LCPC preferredAt least 5 years of clinical experienceExperience or training with the Veterans population
