Sue Sumrell is recruiting for an SEC Reporting Manager for a growing publicly traded manufacturing company. The position can be remote for the right person, but must be located on the West Coast.Primary responsibilities:-Managing SEC reporting, financial reporting and footnote preparation, MD&A, disclosures and reviews.-Manage other disclosures and releases-Manage revenue recognition process-Application of technical pronouncements-Partner in maintaining SOX complianceThis is an incredible opportunity to move from a large public accounting role and apply your expertise in industry.
