This role ensures accurate order entry, timely scheduling of returns, and effective coordination of logistics for asset-managed booths. The position requires intermediate knowledge of Skyline’s products and services and operates under close supervision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to supporting continuous improvement and departmental growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing and InvoicingProcess customer orders, including order entry, filtering, and return order scheduling, using appropriate ERP and related software systems.Generate and manage invoices in alignment with company procedures.Ensure accuracy and completeness of order documentation and system records.Customer and Inventory SupportAssist with information gathering to assess client needs related to inventory inquiries.Provide support and recommend changes or solutions related to inventory management questions.Monitor late exhibit returns and conduct follow-up as necessary to ensure timely resolution.Logistics & Asset ManagementCoordinate and procure logistics for asset-managed booths as needed.Support internal communication related to booth returns and asset tracking.Process and Team SupportComplete daily operational tasks to ensure department efficiency and accuracy.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the department.Perform other duties as assignedCore CompetenciesAttention to Detail: Maintains high accuracy in order entry, invoicing, and documentation.Organization & Time Management: Effectively manages daily tasks and deadlines.Customer Service Orientation: Responds to client needs professionally and efficiently.System Proficiency: Demonstrates working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.Collaboration: Works effectively under supervision and within a team-based environment.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.1–2 years of customer service experience or equivalent.Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Beginning to intermediate level knowledge of Skyline products and services.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP or Similar ERP Systems
