Your RoleCollecting and verifying evidence for compliance or sustainability requirements is a significant operational challenge for companies today. Proof management is often fragmented and manual. Sunhat closes this "proof gap". We are the Collaborative Proof Platform that transfers scattered data into a central, verified proof library. As a trusted advisor for our customers, you ensure that Sunhat is fully integrated into ESG and compliance processes. With your in-depth understanding of the pain points in ratings and audits, you bridge the gap between regulatory obligations and technological excellence. Your goal is to build sustainable structures that drive real growth for our customers.Your TasksImplementation & High-Touch Onboarding: You guide new customers through the process and ensure that Sunhat is technically and professionally perfectly integrated into their organization.Strategic Advisory: You are the central contact person for sustainability teams. You not only explain the software but also help them efficiently map complex frameworks (MSCI, ISS, ISO) in Sunhat.Adoption & Value Creation: You analyze platform usage, identify obstacles, and proactively ensure that our users achieve the maximum business benefit (e.g., better rating management).Feedback Loop & Product Influence: You are the "voice of the customer". You translate regulatory requirements and customer feedback into concrete impulses for our product team.Knowledge Leadership: You create best practices and guides that help our customers master the ESG transformation operationally.Your ProfileESG Specialist: You have a thorough understanding of ESG rating systems (MSCI, ISS, Dow Jones Sustainability Index or FTSE). You know how these scores are created and how companies can influence them.Compliance Expertise: You have experience with ISO standards (e.g., 14001, 9001) and understand the principle of management systems and audits.SaaS Experience: You have already worked in a customer-centric role (CSM, account management or consulting) and know how to drive software adoption in large organizations.Personality: You are extroverted, energetic, and love to ask questions. You act confidently on equal footing with management and sustainability teams.Analytical Techie: Excel and Google Sheets are your homebase. You love to translate complex data structures into logical processes.Language Skills: You communicate fluently in German and English.
