Seeking a full-spectrum academic Family Medicine physician for a core faculty position inclusive of inpatient medicine for an established 8-8-8 Family Medicine Residency Program. About the position: Seeking leadership and oversight of inpatient and outpatient care Supervising residents and students as the attending in the hospitaland outpatient clinic Report to the Program Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program Support the academic mission of the Residency Program Commitment to graduate medical education, teaching and mentoring residents and medical students in all aspects of Family Medicine Direct patient care, resident and medical student teaching, precepting, curriculum development, and administrative and scholarly activities in compliance with ACGME requirements Night and weekend call services are required Proctoring available About the benefits: An outstanding work environment for those with a passion for community medicine Robust compensation plan/benefits package/commencement bonus Paid time off (4 weeks PTO + 10 holidays), 1 additional week CME + $4,000 stipend annually J1 or H1B visa eligibility Qualified for Federal and State Student Loan Forgiveness Program and PSLF Leadership/Career growth opportunities available System score of 21 About the location: Known for its mild winters, easy access to other major cities, and proximity to nature Growing job market and an affordable cost of living compared to other major cities Typically sunny with highs in the 70s and 80s during the day and lows in the 40s and 50s at night Urban location 25 minutes to Phoenix JV-7
