About This RoleIn this role, you’ll provide technical support in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, helping ensure critical production equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. As a Level II technician, you’ll independently perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex manufacturing systems while partnering closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues a nd drive continuous improvement.Shift DetailsHours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMSchedule: Rotating 2-2-3What You’ll DoPerform corrective and preventative maintenance on filling equipment, isolators, lyophilization equipment, vial washers, autoclaves, parts washers, and automatic vial inspection systemsTroubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in collaboration with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnelSupport day-to-day manufacturing operations by responding to alarms, interruptions, and line issuesExecute work orders and preventive maintenance tasks with strong attention to detail and strict adherence to GMP documentation standardsFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all maintenance activitiesMaintain accurate maintenance records, repair documentation, and equipment logbooksUtilize a CMMS to manage and document work orders, coordinating schedules with planning teamsPerform lockout/tagout procedures on energized systems in accordance with safety protocolsWork independently on routine assignments while applying advanced troubleshooting skills to more complex issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and small projects as assigned by the SupervisorParticipate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support scheduleWho You AreYou’re a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical and technical aptitude who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
