This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both facilitation and program execution, while also contributing to broader learning strategies.In this role, you will partner with HR, People Leaders, and functional teams to ensure employees have access to impactful learning experiences that build capability and support business goals.As part of Munters’ global People Development team, you will help connect global learning initiatives with regional needs. You will primarily focus on delivering programs, supporting implementation efforts, and contributing to program design, rather than owning enterprise-wide strategy.This position partners closely with the Group Learning Manager and reports to the VP, People Development, based in Sweden. Occasional travel within the United States is required.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and support the implementation of global People & Culture learning programs across the regionPartner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and support local development initiativesAdapt and deliver learning content to meet regional and business-specific needsContribute to the design, coordination, and administration of learning programs and initiativesAssist with project management and rollout of global L&D initiativesCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure compliance training meets local requirementsSupport broader People Development initiatives, including talent development and engagement effortsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or related field4–6 years of experience within Learning & Development functionsExperience facilitating training programs and supporting development initiativesStrong communication and stakeholder partnership skillsExperience working with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning toolsAbility to balance execution with contributing ideas to program improvementsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a global or matrixed organizationExposure to instructional design and adult learning principlesRelevant certification (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP/SCP)Experience supporting leadership or professional development programsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
