Director Of Clinical OperationsThe Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members' annual fee.Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.We successfully opened our flagship Institute in New York in 2022, expanded to South Florida in 2024, and will be bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in July 2026.The Director of Clinical Operations will serve as the operational and clinical leader for Atria New York with direct accountability for all day-to-day clinical services and facilities. This role requires a hands-on, highly visible leader who can balance operational excellence, patient safety and quality, physician collaboration, team development, and organization-wide alignment. The Director will be on-site daily, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and excellence in patient care delivery. This Director is a key leader to ensure our team and members feel valued, prioritized and both inspired and motivated.What You'll DoProvide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical operations and member care delivery, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.Lead clinical governance initiatives, including patient safety, incident reporting, infection prevention, emergency preparedness, policy oversight, and recurring quality and safety reviews.Partner closely with the Director of ACPs/RNs, Director of Radiology, and Laboratory leadership to align clinical operations, staffing, workflows, and coordinated member care delivery, as well as Home Services, and Technology to optimize workflows, care coordination, EMR functionality, and integrated member care delivery.Lead clinical readiness, operational integration, staffing models, and workflow optimization for new sites, services, and program expansions.Oversee recruitment, retention, engagement, scheduling, compensation, payroll approvals, and workforce planning for clinical staff in partnership with HR and enterprise leadership.Enhance orientation, training, competency assessment, continuing education, and leadership development programs to support clinical excellence and internal advancement.Conduct operational, staffing, and resource utilization analyses to drive efficiency, scalability, and team performance.Serve as the accountable leader for clinical quality, member experience, and interdisciplinary care coordination, ensuring seamless communication and care transitions.Develop and manage staffing budgets, salary structures, and resource allocation strategies in partnership with corporate leadership to support operational and strategic growth initiatives.Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000
