Salary range $135,000 to $180,000. The attorney will handle all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including representing both debtors and creditors, preparing and filing necessary legal documents such as motions, and managing cases under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy. The candidate will also be expected to provide legal counsel to clients on bankruptcy-related matters and collaborate with colleagues to meet the high standards of service our firm is known for.QualificationsExpertise in Bankruptcy Law, including handling cases under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13Familiarity with representing Debtors and Creditors' RightsStrong knowledge in drafting and filing Motions within bankruptcy proceedingsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases with strong attention to detail and deadlinesMember in good standing of the New Jersey State BarExperience in related areas such as estate planning or real estate law is a plus
