Senior Process Engineer

Process Engineer – Offshore OperationsWe are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support offshore oil and gas operations in the Gulf of America/Gulf of Mexico.This role will provide day-to-day process engineering support for producing offshore assets, with a focus on production optimization, troubleshooting, process safety, reliability, and brownfield facility modifications.Key Responsibilities:Support offshore production facilities across oil, gas, produced water, compression, dehydration, flare, and utility systemsAnalyze process data to troubleshoot operational issues and improve facility performanceIdentify debottlenecking and production optimization opportunitiesSupport MOC packages, P&ID reviews, process calculations, and technical documentationParticipate in PHAs, HAZOPs, LOPAs, incident investigations, and root cause analysesProvide engineering input for brownfield modifications, maintenance activities, turnarounds, commissioning, and startupsInterface closely with offshore Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Integrity, and Projects teamsTravel offshore periodically to support operational and project needsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering8+ years of process engineering experience in upstream oil and gasOffshore production experience, ideally in the Gulf of America/Gulf of MexicoStrong knowledge of separation, compression, dehydration, produced water treatment, flare systems, and process safetyExperience with MOC, P&IDs, process simulations, and facility troubleshootingAspen HYSYS or similar simulation experience preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to support active offshore producing assets with a leading oil and gas operator.
