Responsibilities Deck & Dock Dynamo: Construct and assemble new decks, docks, railings, and gates, ensuring they’re built to last against the Keys elements. Restoration Rockstar: Perform crucial restoration work on existing decks and docks, breathing new life into our beloved structures. Material Mover: Efficiently and safely lift and move heavy materials across our construction sites. Qualifications Proven Construction Pro: You have demonstrated experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years of construction experience (Required). Strength & Stamina: You're capable of performing heavy lifting and physically demanding labor. Building Technique Boss: You're proficient in various building techniques, including masonry, welding, and installation. Detail‑Oriented & Quality‑Focused: You have a strong eye for detail and are committed to delivering top‑notch craftsmanship. Safety Savvy: You possess excellent knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites. Team Player: You have excellent teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with others. Licensed & Ready: You hold a valid Driver's License (Required).
