CTG is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering application development, maintenance, and support initiatives for our client. This role is ideal for a strong Agile leader with experience managing technical projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving successful project execution across multiple stakeholders.Location: Houston, TXDuration: 7 monthsKey ResponsibilitiesLead Agile project teams as both Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.Coordinate activities between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors.Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.Deliver regular status updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.Support continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contractual requirements.Required SkillsProgram ManagementProject ManagementScrum Master experienceAgile/Scrum methodologiesStakeholder managementRisk and issue managementStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferred SkillsExperience managing Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) projectsJira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar toolsPMP, CSM, or PSM certificationsQualifications5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Scrum Master rolesExperience leading enterprise application development or support projectsEducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.How to ApplyTo be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
