Additionally, the Title Manager is responsible for the performance, attendance and management of title examiners and title curative staff. Attention to detail, the capability to work under strict deadlines and at a fast pace, and the ability to multi-task are required for this position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee daily activity and manage quality and timelines for title examination and title curativeOversee client reporting and procedural change implementationOversee client directives, ensure we are meeting timelines and metrics to comply with client directivesReviews staff performance and takes corrective measuresResponsible for staying up to date on changes in title standardsWorks with title attorneys, supervising attorneys, and client managers to identify areas to enhance operational efficiencies and/or proceduresCreate and maintain work aids and SOPsProvide ongoing training to support staffIdentify areas to increase billing and referralsFacilitates team and department meetingsCoordinates with IT on platform changes and reportingOversees title curative work including filing of title claims and drafting of legal documentsCollaborate with title insurance underwriters for curative resolutionsMonitors productivity and job performance of team membersProvide the first level of escalation for any issues that ariseMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree preferred.At least three years of work experience with Title Examinations5+ years of relevant experienceBKFS and Tempo experience highly preferredMobile Home experience is preferredGENERAL COMPETENCY FACTORS:Excellent problem solving and organizational skills; and strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsConscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendanceTeam player and willing to provide assistance in multiple areas whenever is necessaryDevelops professional relationships and builds rapport with othersDemonstrates commitment to Firms vision, mission, and core valuesAldridge Pite, LLP is fully committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by federal, state or local law.
