Job Summary

Responsibilities
Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately.
Perform stock stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Conduct inventory control activities such as cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist in materials handling tasks including heavy lifting, load & unload operations, and packaging products for shipment.
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and mechanical procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Support warehouse distribution operations by coordinating with warehouse supervisors and utilizing AS400 systems for order fulfillment.
Experience
Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or order pickers with proper certification is a plus.
Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable.
Experience with shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, and materials handling is beneficial.
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation or construction tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
