Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in Irvine, CA. The Technician will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining solar panel systems, ensuring optimal system performance. Daily tasks include using specialized tools to clean panels, identifying and reporting potential issues, and adhering to strict safety standards. The Technician will also assist with basic inspections, provide excellent customer service, and maintain detailed records of work performed. Qualifications Basic technical skills, including proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to solar panel maintenance.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of basic inspection techniques.Commitment to safety practices and adherence to protocols in compliance with industry standards.Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Physical stamina to perform outdoor work, including climbing and standing for extended periods.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.Previous experience in solar or general maintenance roles is a plus, but not required.
