HR Generalist – ESOP Environment In-Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Full-Time | Exempt | Reports to PresidentJoin a company where employees don’t just work here — they own it.We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our employee-owned (ESOP) organization. This role plays a key part in fostering an ownership mindset, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with both business goals and our ESOP culture.Why This Role is Different:In an ESOP company, culture matters. This position supports not only HR operations — but also the success and understanding of our employee-owners.Key Responsibilities:• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding • Maintain HRIS, employee records, and compliance documentation • Administer benefits, leave, and payroll coordination • Support performance management and employee development • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and required postings • Assist leadership with ESOP and profit-sharing documentation and communications • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and appreciation events • Serve on the Safety Committee and promote a safe workplace • Provide hands-on HR guidance to managers and employee-ownersQualifications:✔ Bachelor’s degree ✔ 5–7 years of progressive HR experience ✔ Experience in an ESOP or employee-owned company strongly preferred ✔ PHR or SPHR certification preferred ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ High level of discretion and professionalism ✔ Ability to thrive in a visible, collaborative environmentIf you are an HR professional who values transparency, engagement, and ownership culture — this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
