Principal Solution Architect - Reporting & Analytics

Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Fabric–based data solutions and Power BI analytics that empower enterprise dashboards and reporting. You will work across global teams to shape data models, pipelines, and governance, balancing hands-on delivery with technical leadership. The role combines architecture, development, and mentoring to drive scalable BI solutions in a complex, cross-time-zone environment. You will deliver impactful insights that support patient-centered decision making while advancing our Fabric and Power BI capabilities.
