Job DetailsDescriptionThe Opportunity...Our Sacramento Distribution Hub is hiring a Download/Key Injection Associate to join our team. If you have prior experience in a POS Programming or warehouse role, or are just a tech savvy individual, read on!ResponsibilitiesDownload/Key Injection Associates are responsible for device programming, testing of point of sale (credit card) terminals.Following established Key Injection Management Procedures, the POS Programmer is responsible for injecting security encryption keys into point of sale devices by setting up terminals, using a computer system to perform the key injection, and configuring the computer system to "speak" to the terminal.Responsible for moving the injected device to the Download or QA departmentTrack and document client issues in the online management ticketing system and is responsible for timely follow-upPerform other duties as required to meet business needsMust HavesMUST LIVE LOCALLYMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENTHigh School Diploma OR GED and;6+ months of customer service experience6+ months of technical troubleshooting experience preferredAcute attention to detailDemonstrated sense of accountability, problem resolution and be able to maintain a high level of integrity and honestyExemplary customer service skillsPC skills including accurate order entryExcellent attendance/punctualityAbility to work overtime, as requiredAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to communicate effectively in both a written and oral form with a diversity of individuals in multiple functional areasAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environmentMust be available to work the hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm At POS Portal...We are an innovation and technology company.
