Shift Lead (Tooele)

We are looking for a 2nd and 3rd Shift Lead (manufacturing) to join the Minova team! This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% onsite in a manufacturing facility in Tooele, Utah.Minova's new state-of-the art facility in Tooele, Utah, is seeking a dependable, safety- and team-oriented Shift Lead to join the team. In this role, the Shift Lead will ensure production occurs on a timely basis, following all safety procedure, taking a pro-active teamwork approach, and focusing on coordinating assigned product handling and production functions.Responsibilities:Ensure production occurs on a timely basis.Lead by example and coach team members to maintain a safe, compliant, and incident-free workplace.Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to team members to drive engagement and performance.Monitor attendance.Identify skill gaps and training needs; support employee development and succession planning.Build trust and promote a high-performing team environment.Gain team commitment to goals and ensure accountability for results.Requirements:High School diploma or GED is required.Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.Leadership/Team management is required.Strong understanding of commitment to Safety, Health, Environment & Security standards.Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment and basic troubleshooting.Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and leadership.Demonstrated problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.Basic knowledge of company policies, procedures, and employee relations practices.Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed, to support operations.Details:This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% onsite in a manufacturing facility in Tooele, Utah.Schedule: 2nd or 3rd Shift-2nd shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm-3rd shift 10:30 pm - 7:00 amMust be able to work overtime/weekends, as needed.Pay: $28-$32/hour BOEThis is a W-2 position.
