Project Manager Civil

NEEDED: Heavy Civil Project Manager (Road Construction)NOTE: Heavy Civil ROAD Construction (Concrete, Asphalt, Earthwork, Underground Utilities) experience REQUIRED to be considered for this role. Your Day to Day:Support estimators and manage contract processesTrack quantities, prepare pay applications, and handle A/R billingMonitor project costs, approve expenses, and support financial close-outSubmit material data, schedules, and project documentationReview plans/specs and attend project meetingsCoordinate permits, locates, and traffic control plansManage change orders and communicate with clients, subs, and vendorsCollaborate with field teams to ensure accurate reporting and executionRequirements:Heavy civil/road construction Strong focus on billing, cost control, and coordinationStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsExperience in construction project managementProficient in MS Office and project management toolsAbility to work on-site and in outdoor conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
