You have found the right team.As a Treasury Sales Associate in Commercial Banking, you will play an integral part in contributing to new sales targets, managing business relationships, and achieving portfolio growth objectives. You will participate in the three-year development plan designed for a progression of job functions to develop skills over time for a successful career within the firm and ability to pursue more senior roles within the Treasury Solutions such as a Treasury Management Officer position.Job responsibilitiesCollaborate with the Treasury Management Officer (TMO) on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost and benefit analysis, competitive pricing and run profitability modelsAssist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer researchDevelop an understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectivesCoordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutionsDevelop and understand competitors' products and positioning within the client & marketWork with the TMO's throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accuratelyCollaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing and billingRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor's DegreeThree+ years' relevant banking and treasury experienceTime management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSuperior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resourcesAbility to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)Ambition to develop into an individual sales contributorPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsInterest in working with experienced Treasury partners to recognize a client's cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutionsSales, portfolio management or relationship management experienceQualitative and quantitative skills
