Service Advisor
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet all customers with enthusiasm and respect.
Set and confirm appointments.
Writing of repair orders
Working between the technician and customer.
Assisting your client through the service process.
Working with warranty clerk to ensure proper warranty processing and disclosure.
Handle customer complaints with a compassionate and professional attitude.
Eager to sell warranties, inspections and other extra essentials to customers.
Keep CSI at Manufacture standard.

Pay: $33,703.00 - $93,925.00 per year
